Can hair be straightened, dyed or colored?
Hair from all of our collections are premium virgin human hair, that can be handled as you would your real hair. However, hair performs best when left in its natural state. If hair must be dyed or colored, please have services performed by a professional. If heat must be used on hair, please use a heat protectant and minimal heat to ensure long-lasting hair.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, this hair can last for quite some time. Just be sure to take care of this hair as you would your natural hair, and it will help with the longevity of the hair.
How do I take care of my hair?
Straight Hair- Detangle hair prior to washing by combing or brushing hair, starting from the bottom of the hair to the top. Once detangled, use any brand shampoo to wash, although we recommend a sulfate free shampoo, which allows the hair to maintain and keep moisturization as opposed to drying it out. Deep condition hair by adding a generous amount of conditioner, any brand, and comb/smooth through. Place conditioned hair in a bag for 15-30 minutes to allow full conditioning for hair.
Textured Curly to Coiled Hair- While hair is wet, finger comb hair, starting from the bottom of hair to the top. Shampoo lightly with sulfate free shampoo, which allows the hair to maintain and keep moisturization as opposed to drying it out. Deep condition hair by adding a generous amount of conditioner, any brand, and comb/smooth through. Place conditioned hair in a bag for 15-30 minutes to allow full conditioning for hair.
For All Textures- Hair performs best when it is allowed to air dry, or diffused with a diffuser attachment. While hair is semi-dry, this is the best time to add preferred leave-in conditioner to enhance texture. If more defining of hair texture is desired, add your favorite defining cream or gel to hair. If oil must be used, use very little oil, as to not cake hair up. Do not overly use creams, conditioners or oils, this will oversaturate the hair, causing build-up and caking of products on hair, which will not allow the best wear for your hair.
If heat must be used on hair, please use a heat protectant and minimal heat to ensure long-lasting hair.
How long does it take for me to receive my hair?
If your order is in stock, allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling, and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping (depending on location of where the order is being shipped to). Items not in stock will usually take 5-7 business days for processing and handling, and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
Any changes in processing and shipping times will be made available to you via the email you provided with your order. We will send your tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
