Hair must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. In the event you received the wrong item from us by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com in order to process an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll need your receipt or proof purchase. If the wrong hair was sent by mistake on our end, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the item, it shall be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will then credit the amount to your account in order for purchase of the correct item. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
